Delivery & Returns

International and local shipping options - International Shipping will be arranged on a case by case basis with a bespoke price and shipping company.

  • Supported shipping zones - UK and Europe (International by request)
  • Shipping costs - From 2.99 to 49.99 depending on product weight and size.
  • Policy returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages:
    • Returns - Purchased items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, clean, with no sign of use.
    • Exchanges - Item must be changed for a like for like product of the same value and must not of been used, has original packaging and is intact and in full working order.
    • Damages - Photos of damaged items must be sent to within 24hrs of receiving the damaged product.
    • Lost packages - Lost packages must be reported within 24hrs of expected time of delivery. We will then contact courier for information regarding the package. If lost a replacement package will be sent as soon as courier has paid out cost of package via insurance policy.
  • Order processing and delivery times - We aim to have all purchased items processed in 1 day and at the latest 2 working days. Shipping will be no later than 1 working day from processing.
  • Payment options - A full list of payment options are available at checkout. Payment must of cleared before purchases are processed.
  • Payment requirements and instructions - Payment must be made at check out and any special instructions must be made clearly via email.

Returns Policy

  • Damages and issues - Damages must be reported to us via a photo and show all damaged outer packaging.
  • Exceptions like non-returnable items or items with return limitations - No under garments/bib shorts/tights/gloves/socks are returnable unless they have all tags, have not been worn and are in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges and refunds - Exchanges - are only accepted for 'like for like' items i.e grips swapped for grips. Refunds - are available for errors made at ordering. Items have not been opened, not damaged in anyway and customer pays return postage.
  • 14 days from date of purchase to return - Refund will be returned to the method of payment used. Return cost of item is payable by the customer unless the wrong item has been dispatched. There is no restocking fee.
